Lots of guys sitting on plots. How do you guys exit your stands without spooking deer?

Lots of guys sitting on plots. How do you guys exit your stands without spooking deer? Tree line, still end up spooking a couple.

i usually wait until after dark and skip out when some of the deer have moved on. The does are more tolerant of people so spooking them isn't a show stopper. I never let a buck i want to kill see me and sometimes that means taking the long way out of the stand or waiting a long time to leave the stand.

Lots of guys sitting on plots. How do you guys exit your stands without spooking deer? Coyote call or distressed rabbit call. They all leave.

I ask because I would love to sit on some of our plots but getting off the stands is always a shit show. Thanks for ideas.

grass screening works excellent. stand in the grass on the ground or just above the grass. millet milo sorghum combo is good.
