Chummer, I’ve seen this photo on a few forums saying it was taken in the Tug Hill NY area. Dressed over 300 clean. Any word in your area about it? Anybody else seen this photo?

Wow. I have not seen that before. There are some monster bucks taken where the Tug Hill meets farm country. They are few and far between but the biggest I have heard of is 250 dressed. The Tug Hill is a huge geographic area that has just about every habitat you could imagine. I will ask Chainsaw if he has heard of this deer. I would think the story has made its rounds at the local establishments.

I don’t think it is a NY buck. If so not from this year. We had orange tags this year and I think green last year. Our tags also don’t have adhesive on them to attach that way. They have a hole punch for a string or wire. If that is a tag my guess would be from somewhere else. Maybe Tughill, Saskatchewan. Nonetheless a monster.

Yeah I had my doubts but, figured you’d know the color of the tags. I was guessing Canadian as well.
