An effort has started in our county and I believe four other Minnesota counties have passed it.
does anyone live in counties where this is in the works?

Kansas signed into law a Senate bill in 2013 that nullified federal overreach related to the 2nd. Basically made it illegal for federal agents to enforce red flag laws (or anything that was deemed unconstitutional) in KS. Is that what is happening in MN?

 administrators can go ahead and remove this if it is not appropriate. it appears to look official and maybe Tooln knows about it. Imagine a judge and law enforcement sorting out things like this with red flag laws. What a mess. |
