Wow! Good job coda. I got a scale to get a better idea of what I'm eating... it's still in the truck and I'm drinking another beer at the moment I've decided my numbers should go up. My long run is up to 12 this week and I just ran 6 with negative splits for each mile.

I started using the Lose It app today. Got a scale so that I would know exactly what I was recording. Made all the difference in the world to me to not be guessing. Held back on normal eating some until dinner, then ate a normal amount. I didnt hold back a lot but I did eat less than normal. The app says I can still eat 1,751 calories today. Kind of hard to believe I'm that far under but I like it... was a pretty easy to do.

I though mine seemed high so I went back into the app and changed my activity level. Now my budget is 1,819 and probably closer to right.

When I filled out my stats, it asked my current weight, my weight goal & how many pounds I wanted to lose per week. I started at 213.6, wanted to get to 185 and max per week was 2 lbs. Here when I started and my higest food budget. The budget goes down the closer I get to my goal.

Where do you like to keep this "net" number? I never pay much attention to them. I just try to stay under my calorie allotment and exercise as much as possible. Here's a good day and a bad day.

216 this morning. I’m starting to wonder if my scales are broken. But I like the direction they are going so I’m not going to buy another.
