I added 14 grafts to my pear tree. I hope I can get two to bloom at the same time. Stu, thanks for the scion!

Art- remind me next winter and I'll send you some scion off the pear trees I have growing. I have 3 other varieties at my house and possibly another one or two at my cabin. You might as well add a couple more varieties to your frankentrees

There is a major difference when working with last years wood and older wood on the rootstock. You can feel it with the knife. I wonder if there will be a difference in grafting success.

When I topworks trees I had good luck grafting to young year old branches, but less luck when grafting to older branches.
