Have they broken bud? If not, I wouldn't worry about it

Art, are those bags plastic, or paper, or some other fabric? I’ve heard plastic is not good because it passes the cold through it more than other fabrics. There was a video out there from David Wilson Nursery where they put paper lunch bags over the grafts. They taped the bags on and cut a couple corners for them to breath.
Are other trees there leafed out? If not then as Stu said you’re most likely ok.

Sandbur.... good luck with your grafts tonight - after tonight hopefully we will be done with the cold. I pulled all my potted grafts into my garage a few days ago. Potting them is a pain but this is one benefit to racking them up in pots.

Have they broken bud? If not, I wouldn't worry about it No. 23 degrees right now.

Have they broken bud? If not, I wouldn't worry about it No. 23 degrees right now. It’s been in the 80s In Alaska so you can blame them. Hopefully your grafts should be ok if the buds haven’t popped as long as the graft union took.
