Thanks for the link. I sometimes question the present direction of the club apples that the University is taking. All economics, I am sure, but it is supposed to be for the benefit of all people of the state.
I also wish a little more time was spent with edible crabs and cider varieties. I guess the economics are not there for that direction in the program.

Well maybe Small Chunk should investigate? It’s a shame they go through all those steps and end up with one good tree if they’re lucky but, it’s all based on his tasting. I don’t think the deer mind.
