Anybody have deer hammering their plots? If so, what are they in? I have no idea what is in mine, excited to maybe get to pull some cards after the orange army leaves the spot for the year. Hoping my brassica planting can pay off late season if we don´t receive too much snow!

I have a throw and mow plot that only has grains, wheat, oats rye. Not sure if the wheat even grew due to drought but I added rye and oats later and it is definitely green. I hunted the plot twice only saw 1 deer and he did not come in to feed. I do have some pics of some activity but I would not say it is high.
I have a clover plot that was planted last year. There have been deer in this it every time I hunted it. Maybe 4-5 sits.
I plan to get more clover established in 2021 but lack of rain has made fall planting throw and mow not very successful. I disked the best plot last year.

Last night the deer were pouring into plot. Does were back with fawns so it leads me to believe rut is slowing down. Most of the deer started in the beans and moved to the rye, wheat ,oats and winter pea mix.

They have been hammering my field plot for weeks. I tried a no till of BFOs, AWP, clover, alfalfa, and some brassica. It grew slowly but eventually filled in. I also added a couple strips of WR and GHR. They have kept the entire field mowed down. About 1/2 an acre.

They’ve flattened my brassica plot a long time ago. Maybe 1/8 acre.

My brassicas are 90% gone. A few half eaten bulbs left. The rest is rye, oats and clover. They look like a fine mowed lawn.

Beans and brassicas are popular here.

Three plots in strips; clover mix that was mowed over the summer, clover mix that was left to grow tall and weedy, and wheat. Deer are in all three nightly but I think the unmowed clover has been the most popular.
