Don't know for sure what it was but it knocked the shit out of me for 3.5 days. Wife said it was covid I say nothing more than a bad cold. No appetite or ambition I just made tracks from the bed to recliner and couch for 3 days. Started last Wed. with sniffles, by that night full blown head stuffed up. Thursday stuffed head and chills, Friday it went into my chest along with body aches. Saturday head, chest, body aches. Aprodine & DM cough med and a little whiskey here and there took care of it. Wife said it was the worst she has ever seen me being sick. Felt fair yesterday and pretty good today. Will never know for sure what it was but I'm still not getting jabbed. If nothing else my immune system got a good work out. Sounds like the flu to me. Glad your feeling better. Mo, come on! You know as well as I do there was no FLU cases in 2020 nor is there in '21, COVID ate the FLU for lunch and cocked it's leg on the US Peasants we used to call Patriots. |

You know as well as I do there was no FLU cases in 2020 nor is there in '21, COVID ate the FLU for lunch and cocked it's leg on the US Peasants we used to call Patriots. So the people that switched the flu to now being called Covid can blow me….. |

My father in-law was hell bent on getting the booster so I took him in yesterday. He asked me why I didn’t get my booster. I told him I still hadn’t recovered from the second shot after 10 months. He’s in bed today with headaches, nausea etc.

Sorry to hear about your FIL, NH. I am so tired of this stuff. It's not his fault in my opinion, the news, the media, the fear mongering preys on every inch of the human population to a point. Not all succumb to it of course as many on this forum can attest but I hate stories like this. Society is gross.
