I'm just trying to inform the masses what you gents decide to do is up to you.
I'm not getting jabbed, they'll literally have to shoot me on the run, because I plan on shooting back.

Let me know how it goes. I made an appointment for my first shot in early September. Gives me enough time to cancel if I change my mind I've had both Pfizer shots and I lived to tell about it! I really couldn't even feel the first shot, but with the second shot my arm was sore like a flu shot and I felt under the weather for a couple days. Some people I've talked to didn't feel anything and some had the same side effects I had. My wife is a RN at a very good hospital in Rochester and the doctors she works with recommended the shots for their families. I'm no medical expert, but when some of the smartest doctors on earth recommended the vaccines for their families that was good enough for me. I’ve only recently started getting a yearly flu shot. I’ve never felt a thing. Barely even feel the needle go in.

The FDA approval is NOT for for Pfizer, it's for BioNtech, if you are not vaxed and want to wait to get 1 which isn't NOT protected liability wise under the emergency authorization wait until BioNtech's 19 vax is available in your area.
The vaccine is approved to prevent corona disease caused by covid-2019 if you check the link. They aren’t officially approved for delta which is now the new hot strain. I just happened to note that the link was signed by Malarkey. Sounds like a good name for the government official.

I was remembering how we were told that we need about 50% of the people to be immune for herd immunity. Then we were told 70%.
I believe Minnesota is now near 70% having the vaccine and it looks like they are wanting 90%.
And the Rochester study shows the vaccine was less than 50 % effective on delta.
Anybody still trusting our government?

These smart doctors don’t talk anti vaccine. But they are anti censorship and pro treatment that actually works. I’d bet they didn’t get the jab. covid19criticalcare.com/

If I want to keep the job I have for 31 years.... I am not going to fight them and end up in soup lines because my employer is mandating it. I work from home. our mandate is you CANNOT enter a corp owned building if not vaccinated. Employees, customers, vendors, etc... So I asked my boss... I dont go to an office, but what if I am told I must go in for some training or something and I cant go due to no vaccine..... He talked to his boss and peer bosses.... Nobody knows what the consequences are. So to keep my excellent paying job, excellent bonuses, excellent RSUs..... I got the shot and not because it was on my terms. I am not against any vaccines. I have had many over the years. I just wanted to be able to wait longer on this one. I didnt want to risk my job over some silly underlying snag. Judge as needed everyone. I did this for myself and my families well being. If I croak.... well then they get my life insurance. LOLLL. Either way they will do well.

So what's your plan when your employer requires you to get the shot? Or when your insurance company requires it?

I’ve only recently started getting a yearly flu shot. I’ve never felt a thing. Barely even feel the needle go in. Same. Big deal. I have had flu shots for 20+ years.... I am alive. I am diabetic. If I was diabetic I would have gotten the shot pretty early I think. I'd say you did the right thing medically, even though you were forced to do so. I plan to get the Shingles vax soon. When I'm older I will get the annual flu and pneumonia vaccines. The issue I've had with the covid vaccine is the government telling me to get it. I don't like being told what to do.

I agree with Stu and also feel it is a good thing for Mark to get the vaccine, being he is diabetic. I don’t blame you a bit Mark, as you need to keep your job. I also hate all of the government push and mis information they have given us. They have lost my trust on this. Stars, those who think they are stars, athletes, and twenty some year olds that work for various government agencies don’t have the knowledge or training to be pushing these vaccines. Neither do ministers or politicians.
