I don't think the planners are done firing nurses, cops, soldiers, and firefighters. I'd bet they find a way to get rid of a bunch more when it comes to shot 3 and 4 and then the daily molnopiravir mandate. Big gov and business has a lot of pension money they owe. What a way to not have to pay. Don’t get the jab you don’t get your pension.

Cuda and me went to the golf course bar for something to eat and a few beers last night. One guy working the place cooking and serving. Can’t get no help. It was get your own beer on the honor system while he cooked. This world is getting fucked up. That's pretty "normal" around here. None of the food service or bars can find adequate help. Most have cut hours due to short staffing. I don't see it getting any better any time soon. So we going to start losing all these bars now? What else will go under? I don’t mind serving myself so we have a place to go, but this has to end or it will end badly.

Seems like a good solution for China over population or US social security.

I have a client that does home nursing. They have 70 nurses on the payroll. They just had to fire 8 nurses for not being vaccinated. They were already down from 120 nurses pre Covid. It has been very hard for them to find nurses during Covid and now they were forced to fire theses nurses. Needless to say they were irate. It goes against all logic. They didn’t have to fire workers. They chose to fire them over some left wing bullshit. Big difference to me. They did or the fines start. NY is way ahead of Sleepy's mandate. Cuomo put this in months ago and his replacement kept it. It went to court and they upheld it. We are the trial run for the rest of the country.

I think there's a lot of money to be made if a guy can figure out how to redesign his businesses for as few people as possible. I got a hunch i'm gonna get jab-canned in the next couple weeks, so I've got to be ready to pick out a new profession. If and when it does happen, I think I'm gonna take the rest of October and November off before I worry about getting a paycheck again. Then I'll maybe get around to going and trying the skilled labor market and see if there is something out there to learn. I've got no real hankering to punch the clock going forward. Been hoping the obvious business idea comes forward out of all this economic and human destruction. A custom butcher shop? The one-person bar/restaurant redesign? Construction guy that answers his phone? Find a way to up cycle the chips pile in Remer? Vertically integrated food growing business?

Local bar owner goes under and everybody shifts their casual drinking spot to Applebee's. biden's just finding ways to make his contributors richer, the rich richer, and government more involved in working class poverty.

The left now weaponizes the DOJ against parents at school board meetings or silence them before they get to school board meetings. The left wants to control your health, jab Jab. And the left wants to control your bank account over $600......You guys awake yet or do you want communism? Everyone should look at this, I mean this is freakin yahoo news & even they know.
The gov't asked google to tell them when people search diff things, meaning what you search you can be prosecuted for.

They're falling apart like anything else that employs low wage labor. It was a dirty, messy, urinals taped off cause they were broken, staff looked like unwashed convicts. One bottle beer, and we were outta there.

It's all of an hour to an Applebees for me. I haven't been to one in at least 15 years.

Construction guy that answers his phone? Find a way to up cycle the chips pile in Remer? Vertically integrated food growing business? Not every bar/grill/restaurant around here is hurting. Two that frequent are doing very, very well. The key is that both owners know the hospitality business. They should since they grew up working in their parents' successful bars/restaurants. They are also siblings. One has a bar/grill, the other is "just" a bar. The bar/grill we won't even try to get into on any given Saturday. The parking lot will be overflowing. The bar we won't try getting into on dart or board days/nights. Same deal, nowhere to park. These places are goldmines, because they are run well and do things the right way. They do still struggle to get quality help, meaning they and their spouses are generally working 80-100 hour weeks. So do their kids/grandkids during summers and school breaks. If you want to make some money in the bar/grill biz, it can be done...but you're gonna earn it.

I heard a meat cutting degree is being offered at Ridgewater and CLC(Staples campus, I think)
