When I was a kid we called orange hawkweed Indian paintbrush. We were wrong We did too and I did until I found out what yellow hawkweed was the other day.

I just did that two weeks ago in transition area around the woods along old pasture and in a couple of the bigger openings. Please post some pictures of the growth and deer usage. Can't speak to the deer usage yet, but it definitely got some colors popping out of the grass.
