I should have taken before and after pictures, but I did not. My bad. I'm just going to document this for posterity and for google searches and whatnot. It's well known that Glyphosate won't harm Horsetail. Three weeks ago, I sprayed a thriving patch of this devil weed with "Gordon's Brush Killer". Yesterday I was up at my place and where I sprayed, the horsetail is completely gone. I didn't chance it and spray around my trees or pumpkins. But other spots got nuked. It worked. I assume it'll keep coming back year after year unless I change the soil conditions. But, for this year, the worst patch I had is toast. Here's what's in Gordon's Brush Killer.

I should add that I also poured an excessive amount of pell lime on the spots where the horsetail was like carpet. But, I don't think that should have had an impact in such a short time.

I sprayed Gordon's Brush Killer this weekend too, but my target was buckthorns. Round-up kills the seedling buckthorns, but pencil sized seedlings needed something stronger. Hopefully Gordon's works.
Did you just mix Gordon's with water or did you use diesel? I used water.

This looks like a pre-mixed version of what I use for creeping charlie on my lawn. Any grass to kill where you sprayed? Did it kill it? It did not injure my grass weed crop.
