I took out a lilac bush this spring and sprayed the lilac regrowth with brush killer. Deer are eating the grass and the ‘forb’ that regrew. What is this weed? It is common in my garden.

I think it'd be easier to list off broadleaves that deer do not eat. I don't know if I'd personally make it to ten.

Do they know enough to leave some mushrooms alone? I’ve been trying to figure out the browse proof herb garden. Based on what I have seen, cilantro is a preferred species. They don’t touch rosemary, thyme and basil.
