Anyone have a good one that is not too spicy? Guess a lot of guys slice it up and fry it up in butter and onions. Was gonna try mine but time ran out before I left. Gave it to my cousin.

We skip the onions. Get the iron hot, go like hell for about 6 minutes, little butter, salt, pepper, garlic.
Done.
We wolfed down that fawn heart in 60 seconds.

We do it just like this in a cast iron pan. I'll season it with salt and pepper, maybe garlic powder. Give it a light dusting of flower. I like to eat it with creamy horse radish sauce.
