Thanks been using a tank sprayer, broadcast spreader, and a big chain harrow for everything besides the chufa used a disc. Gonna step up the game and hopefully do some electric fencing this year for soybeans or peas.

Was more work than I felt like doing, but it was effective. I'm completely TnM on my place. Most of my plots have never been turned. Easy enough if you are set up for it. Looks like you have it dialed in.

It looked identical if not better to a tilled plot or planted one. Is that how you do you did beans? I always thought beans were not really an option unless you could disc or plant but after seeing and listening to some guys I'l might try it. Unfortunately I dont have enough standing rye to try that this year. Can you do some soybeans in the aftermath of some brassica with TnM?

Never tried beans in in brassica thatch. If my winter crop doesn't have the thatch I want I'll let the weeds grow in the spring until I can make thatch with them. I've planted peas, beans, and pumpkins this way. Rain is important. In small patches I plant beans from the grocery store. They average about $1 per pound and provides the same forage as soybeans. Those plots aren't for grain production though.
