4.5-old.
My guess, 6.5.
More worn than a 3 year old imo, and I aint got much experience aging deer past 2 year olds.

Got a pic from straight down? Sorry, I didn't take a pic from above. Wish I had. I do have a pic of the upper teeth, but I know they are what guys look at.

Here's the top teeth. I know they aren't used for aging but maybe it'll provide some insight? If I can I might try to find a jaw bone tomorrow when I'm home and post a pic from above.

I have a chart from QDMA on aging from tooth wear and used it for quite a few years. I no longer pay much attention to it as some of the experts feel it is quite variable after age 3.5 and maybe even for a few deer for 2.5 versus 3.5.
I did send incisors in for aging for about a dozen deer through the years. The age(per teeth sent in) of Deer for my family have ranged from 4.5 to 6.5. One year I sent some teeth from a taxidermist in with ours for a group rate. I believe the oldest was 7.5 or 8.5 and that buck crossed the river out of a protected area of Camp Ripley and was killed on private land.
If you have hunted an area awhile, you can get an estimate on age of the buck via weight and period of the year when he was killed. I have a rough idea via weight on bucks on land where I live that are killed during the rifle season. To attain the same weight where I hunt up north takes another year. This is based on weight comparisons with teeth we sent in.
I always think of two neighbors who are brothers. One is 5’7 and one is over 6 feet but they look alike. All we have are guesstimates no matter how we do it. Some even question the aging after teeth are sent in.
I feel the difference of a year, plus or minus on older Deer doesn’t really matter. Shoot him if you like him or pass on him. Your choice like with every other legal deer that’s you see.
Sorry for the long response.
