Started sourcing work for guys this winter and food plots are spendy to have planted. $1,500 an acre not outside the realm. Just got a quote back for $1,700 to plant one acre. (prep fert seed)
If anybody is interested in doing a few plots on the side let me know.
I have guys in Polk, Buffalo and Ozkuake counties WI and Morrison, Pine, Todd, Mahnomen, Mille Lacs, in MN
Logistics seems a pretty big issue as the window to plant can be short and the equipment $ and mileage make it spendy.

Thought it was a typo for bukake.

“Bukake County Minnesota”.
Not the corn capital of MN.

Wish I had the equipment, that is something I would highly enjoy doing. As a school teacher, planting would be about the last couple of weeks of my "year" until September
