All the beans will be late planted beans this year ! Insane and a lot of the corn.

Double crop wheat/beans often down here. Wheat harvest early July followed immediately with notill short season beans (then pray for rain and sub-100 degree temps).

Beans going in the next 2 weeks . If I can get beans to make it to the fall @ Otter Tail it will be a huge draw …2 acres of beans and 2 acres of Alfalfa.

If so, I would throw some corn in there. Maybe mixed in two rows and none in the next two rows. It depends on the location and what you want, but the corn can provide travel lanes and cover in the bean field. It might even somewhat protect the beans. I saw a beautiful bean/ corn plot on a place with good soil and not far from Stu.

While looking for asparagus this morning we noticed the fields east of us were planted to soybeans. I figured they'd be all corn again this year. Must've been the late spring that required the switch.
