Just throwing this out there as I've done it myself recently
Never fill your gas tank while the motor is running. A young guy we know was filling up a pressure washer while it was still running last night. He now has 2nd and 3rd degree burns on an arm and one side of his chest. I'm not sure how it happened, I imagine the fumes found their way to the spark plug. He'll survive, but it's going to be a painful summer I imagine.

Yikes. We all get by taking a few shortcuts....until we don't. In all my years I've never had a battery blow up on me....under any circumstances......until last summer. Then I had TWO batteries blow up....and both blew the entire top of the battery and blew the plastic safety box apart. In both cases.....it was a result of hydrogen gas build up as a result of solar chargers cooking the battery dry....and when I hit the switch to turn the (boat hoists) on....Kaboom! I added the over-chrarge protection to one lift and now will do the other. (forgot to do it last summer.....duh!).
Been hearing a few other folks with this same issue.....espcially now that solar power is used more. Beware!

I filled up lawn mower today while running without even thinking. Glad nothing happened even though I spilled gas everywhere in my attempt!

We saw this young feller today at the LP Legion. His left arm and chest were bandaged heavily. He has an appointment at HCMC on Tuesday for skin removal/skin graft evaluation. The pics of his burns on FB will definitely challenge your ability to keep consumed food where it belongs. I give him a lot of credit for continuing to live life.

They have their own BMS/battery management system. Gives you over charge protection and they last for ever. You literally get 1000's of charges out of them. Lot of guys using them in their boats and RV's.
