It’s bad enough the republicans have to fight against the more crooked dems, but now they think starting a civil war in their own party is somehow going to help. Can it get anymore messed up after voting out the speaker? Of course it will. Lol!

Seems pretty ill time to me. It would sure be nice if the Republicans could work together for at least the next 13 months or so. Shit like this just alienates independent voters

McCarthy had to go. He was just as bad or worse as the dems when it came to spending. He went back on most every promise he'd made to the Republicans when he became speaker. If we don't make a stand sometime, they'll just keep on doing what they're doing. Putting us deeper and deeper in debt. Win, lose, or draw change was needed.

All getting rid of McCarthy does is solidify the right side of the party. Seems that was already pretty solid. It does nothing I can see to solidify the party as a whole, or to swing independent voters to the Rs.
This whole "my way or no way" deal from both parties is not how politics are supposed to work

It's always the Republicans giving in and passing a shit budget or law. Never the other way around in my mind.

It’s just a distraction to make sure you don’t notice homeland security has smuggled in a private militia five times the size of the Chinese military over the last two and a half years. Good luck downtown Nike and Walgreens stores.

A week and a half later and the Rs still can't find their asses with both hands. Sure be nice if they'd get their shit together and become a unified party.

With the old, tired guy in the Middle East it sure would be nice if after 2.5 weeks the Rs would get somebody in place as Speaker to assume the presidency "just in case"...
Edit...lol, what a fractured party. Gaetz fucked over the party's chances for next year IMHO. War in Israel and the Republicans can't even find commonality. Pathetic
