They were able to shut down bridge traffic due to distress calls from the ship. I believe that's what I read somewhere.

My daughter had a guy stop and ask if he could shoot pigeons around our farm buildings. She said no because she didn’t know the guy and didn’t want him shooting around the buildings. So the guy left. She went to get the mail later and he threw all his empty trap loads on our driveway as he left. Nice guy.

If there's a local shooting range, I bet someone might be able to point you in the right direction with that shotgun shell picture and a description of the guy and his truck.
It takes a real idiot to ask permission to shoot around buildings and then dump trash that he knows will be found and connected to him.

Picked up this new to me tractor today. The bucket looks like shit but the rest of it is cherry. It only has 1258 hours on her. Bought it from a snowmobile club up in Longville. They only used it to brush cut trails a couple times a year and have owned it since it has had 25 hours. Everything is tight and it doesn't smoke a bit.

Funny thing......I seldom use my bucket anymore. I use the pallet forks quite a bit.....and I use the grapple allot.....but the bucket sits there. If you get forks ......make sure they are 4' long. Have you got the JD set up....or the Skid steer quick connect on your loader?

My other tractor has a set of pallet forks for it and I use them a lot as well. I'll be using this one mostly for my field work. Running the baler, tiller, and planter once I get one. I'm not sure if I'll get a grapple yet, or not, even though I do have a 3rd remote on the tractor.

I'm not sure if I'll get a grapple yet, or not, even though I do have a 3rd remote on the tractor. The biggest work with a grapple is cleaning up trees and debris. If you'r not clearing new land then likely don't need one too often. I don't get the tree work I once had.....but it sure is nice to clean up a blow down tree in a few minutes when they occur. Not sure at this point if I would buy another one if I didn't already own mine.....tho the hand work has gotten a bit much for me.....and I'm glad I have the implements I do. They make "work" a pleasure. Are you looking for a planter or a drill? If a planter.....I assume you want to grow corn? After going to my drill.....my planter went down the road. No more row crops for me. I have not tried to drill corn but some guys do it by blocking off a few rows in their drill. Tho.....I suppose it's pretty erratic out of a drill. How much land under tillage?

I once got smacked so hard in the eye by a sapling....I thought I might lose my sight. My eyeball turned all black for several days. Lucky to get past that event. I sure like the looks of those big tires on the front.....adds lots of pulling power and loader capacity.
