Just went to dump a coon in a ditch out of the development, a guy was pulling a dead deer off the road. His daughter hit it 15 minutes prior.
I called my son(who is on shift right now) to see if he wanted some venison and to give me a possesion tag. He said lets wait till fall and shoot one. LOLLL.
I was up for the task to gut, skin and quarter it and put in my garage fridge. Its now coyote food instead.

Times getting tough that you are scrounging for road kill? We ate a deer I hit with the car, decades ago. Lots of bruising and wasted meat. It was early spring, before green up. The meat was very lean and had a different texture. |

Evidently the city was selling a city park for $1, and several people didn't like it. I was there for a blocked alley access to my property.

Things we hear....
Yesterday, My son and his wonderful future wife(Maddie, she is the best ever) had their wedding dinner sampling. My wife and Maddies Mom went too.
My future daughter in laws Mom(Carmen) is a teacher in Maple Grove. The Minneapolis cop that was MURDERED, his funeral is in Maple Grove.
Maddies mom was talking about the funeral, and my son brought up something I have never heard.
He said he has a piece of paper with his pall bearers and place of burial if he ever gets killed in the line of duty. Its in an envelope, sealed.
Thats all I have to say about that...... Well, maybe not, we are giving this fucking country to a bunch of garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh man..... was there a large procession with it?
I wanted to be down there for the procession after, but the dang route is 494 to 62.... Where in the world are people going to gather to pay tribute??
Bridges will be packed early, and you cant see the freeway from anywhere accept the overpasses. big bummer.
