Ok, tell me more about this one because my dad got a free one, tuned it up and straightened her out and she looks good as new...I've never seen one I. Use or the output. I'm intrigued.

I've got two sections of spring tooth totaling about 6 ft wide. I use it to level the driveway, drag disced plots, drag to cover seed, and even used it on the plot they used for a log landing last summer to scoop up and drag off all the trash left behind. Awesome tool to have!

Trash pickup is a breeze.
2 guys is best. One driving and one waiting at the dump site to open the teeth to drop all the junk and off u go again.

I have a 3 Point Ford Landscape rake. When I bought it.....I had hoped it would work good for cleaning up woody trash on new plots. It really gets stuff plugged between the close teeth.....and it is a sucker to get that trash from between the teeth. Harder to un-clog the rake than it is to pick stuff up by hand. So.....I gave up on the landscape rake for that purpose a long time ago. Still....it does a fantastic job on driveway grading and maintaining the trails.
Last year I picked up an old Dearborn 3 Point Feld Cultivator......or some folks call 'em a "Digger". I think it has about a dozen teeth which are staggered in 3 rows.....and its about 8 feet wide. Teeth are staggered pretty much like that shown in you first pic above.
This "digger" has proven to be one of the best implements to clean up new ground. It levels the dirt and snags most of the sticks and debris in one pass. After you go about 100 feet or so.....I just lift the digger and leave the trash in a pile to pick up with my loader mounted grapple.....or just push into the timberland. Great $200 investment!
And......I like it for normal cultivation as well. I think it does a better job than my disk at lightly tilling the soil to a 2 or 3" depth. I'd surely buy it again. These usually sell for about $500 ....so I found a great value.
