I've tried baked and smoked wild turkey and found it kinda tough so I decided to can the Jake I shot this spring. I'll be trying it out tomorrow over at the parents house for mother's day and will let you guys know how it tastes.

I've been looking at some green chili with sour cream enchilada recipes and will probably try out a jar that way for lunches to take to work. I love Mexican food!
