I want the moron out too, but I have no desire to see the market go anywhere but up A correction is coming, it's just a matter of when. Trees don't grow through the sky I would like to see him out, but suspect it would be worse if our VP was in charge.

It sounds selfish to want to see a leader like Biden fail… however, he’s already failed and lives are on the line as is the American way of life. Look at the dead in Israel, The Ukraine. Consider the US is on a socialist path right now, flying in illegals and spreading them around the nation. An open border ! Who will die in the next terrorist attack ?
The most critical election ever 🇺🇸!
A short term 10% drop is peanuts compared to another 4 years of this idiot and his ignorant VP. If they win they will turn on Republicans and it will be legit jail time for opponents of the liberal mafia. I don’t trust the voting process and neither do a percentage of Americans, it won’t be any different this time. It will have to be an overwhelming Red wave! I can only Pray !

Again, I hate when market returns are tied to presidents. They really have very little to do with each other.
As far as a red wave in November this year...I doubt it. I see the winning president with less than 50% of the votes. RFK is going to pull votes from both Biden and Trump.
Polls already show that most folks feel worse off now than they did 4 years ago. Will people vote their pocketbooks this year?
edit...I also wonder if market gains this year have been broad enough for the "average" person's investments to be doing well? How many folks had to borrow from their 401ks to keep up with inflation? How many are deep in credit card debt? I believe I've heard that defaults on CC and car payments are at or near all time highs.

RFK will be a factor. Most of the news websites including CNN have him taking significant votes from Biden! We can only hope !

I think something will happen in the next few months. The market is just valued too high right now . I’d guess 10-15% pullback?

People seem to forget we had a 25-30% drop during FJB’s first 6 months. Throw in 50% plus inflation and we’ve stepped way backwards even if the Dow is now up to record highs. Propme on government jobs and retirements could give two shits about the way things are going.

Pullbacks/corrections of 10% or more happen around 50% of years on average I think.
Doesn't matter which crook is president...market charts continue to go up from left to right

Nancy beats the best stock managers. That has a big impact on their policies.

Definitely. Both sides do. That’s why there’s Rinos going after Trump as well as dems.

I would not be surprised if we have an all asset sell off.. Stocks, gold, commodities, even Bitcoin. History repeats itself ! Interest rates are climbing again .

I don’t think any big moves up or down in real estate. It’s very specific to location. I’d say it’s still a little soft overall. However, there’s not very many properties for sale in Minnesota. I’ve watched Florida a bit, and there are definitely some drops in price down there, more properties for sale. Farm land I expect to drop a bit yes, as corn 🌽 is down and interest rates up. Cash buyers are still buying some farms !
