I know a lot of people probably don't read my land tour thread or don't have access. I actually have what I think to be an interesting project to share with some real content. I wanted to share this video of what I am setting up in my inside corner. Might prompt someone to suggest something I have not thought of or possibly give someone an idea.
See the sketch I made. I start the video on the road along the black line and walk to the left on the page on the deer trail. The tree stand location is where the blue circle is. the yellow line is how I will access the stand. The green line is the property edge. The red line is the blockaide.

Nice. In a few years, those apple trees should help in getting the deer to follow your prefer path as well.

Nice work Brad. Your work will pay off this fall. Those apples are coming along just keep them open for more sun. Paint those trunks white to help protect against sun scald and borers. You may want to periodically top or remove some of the trees in the openings to keep it open. It'll fill in quickly if you don't.

Sweet! Is the bird guy still there? Yeah but I'm not sure how often he trains yet. Have not heard him shoot. He is getting pretty old

Looks good Brad. Was that part of Steve's plan? No. This was me doing something with that corner while I wait to get logged.

Yeah my apple trees by the big plot I have pea gravel and paint on them. Just have been neglecting these trees. I have the stuff bought. Just haven't got there yet.

Forgot to mention I have a camera hung there on the trail so we shall see what kind of pictures I get. My guess is that you are going to have a lot of does, fawns and young bucks. Look for another trail that will develop parallel to the main trail. This is where your mature bucks will travel.

When I hunt it will be have the entire corner covered during the rut.
