Kinda like the location of this property. It could be ideal for someone like Batman who likes the good fishing, pond, and river life......and good bear, grouse and deer hunting.
Still gotta make a drive by here.....as my curiosity needs to get satisfied. I sure like the Pine river idea......not sure what the river looks like this far from the chain.

Tom I talked to a gal from the DNR yesterday. She said they have been monitoring the river outlet on that property for 10 years. They were working with the owner on a conservation easement before he died. They are still interested in an easement so you could get some return on the property. |

I still have not gotten motivated enough to make a trip past there. Maybe......but if I were going to buy more land in MN.....I'd likely better get my head examined first.  |
