Apparently Full Glass doesnt cover glass on a topper.
Busted my back window out last week, and have been getting run all over hell with a glass claim. A lady just told me topper glass isnt covered under the full glass coverage.
So I am now passed to about my 5th person today and now have to bitch at this one and ask what the fuck full glass coverage means if it doesnt cover full glass breakage.
Fucking A

i'm guessing full coverage would be for factory glass. A topper would be considered an accessory.

Thats what its seeming to be.
I told the lady if I bought a suburban, it would have side windows behind the back doors, and glass on the tailgate. So whats so special about that glass compared to a topper? The glass is all in the same spots on the vehicle.
Geezus.

Glass on the Suburban is probably thicker then the glass on a topper. They probably also charge more for the insurance on a Suburban. That being said I would have thought the topper would be covered. Insurance companies like to put a lot of exclusions in. Unless you buy earth movement insurance for your house you are out of luck if it drops into a sink hole.

When I added a truck cap last year I asked my insurance agent if the glass on it was covered. They said no but, added it to the policy for $16 a year. I figure ill eventually crack a window on it somehow when I transport firewood.

You know it NH. Hauling stuff equals potential.
I will have to ask about topper glass coverage if they end up shafting me.
