Your body is basically a biological engine and has characteristics just like a gas or diesel engine. Quality air, fuel, filtration and some maintenance and you'll run a long time. Don't take care of the engine and it will prematurely fail. You'll have to figure out how much maintenance you want to do. Our bodies are programmed to tip when we tip! You can exercise all you want and still tip! Seen a lot of old drunks that never exercise! Lol! I tend to agree. I think our tickets are punched when we're born. I could relate numerous (more than I'd like to recall) stories from widows and widowers about how their 30-50 something year old spouse was in fantastic shape. Running every day, cross training, mountain biking, swimming, etc. etc. etc. They still died of cancer, heart attacks, aneurysms, whatever. Along the lines of old drunks...there's one fella at the local establishments who is 83. Fat, never worked physically a day in his life (he was a banker), smoked until his 70s, drinks wayyyyyyyyy too much wine, and eats terribly. Fucker will probably out live me

Buy a scale. I try to take a lap around the building every night after lunch and that is .75 mile. The plant is pretty good size and I do a lot of walking in the plant, even more if everything's running good and not much else going on. I have my goal on my phone set for 10500 steps which resets to 0 at midnight. I very seldom don't reach the goal and 10500 steps = 5 miles with my stride. Did I say buy a scale. For the first time ever and I mean EVER I took a salad for my lunch. My wife damn near fell over. We did not raise to the top of the food chain....in order to eat SALAD! Ron Swanson quote on salad.....

My wife found the Bragg's organic ACV at the local commie grocery store (The People's Market). Had a slug of it a bit ago...I don't mind drinking that stuff one bit. Well...after drinking a slug of this shit every morning for 2 weeks I have an observation. I'm needing to take fewer ibuprofen for chronic hip, shoulder, and back pain. I've also dropped around 5 lbs in that time span, but I have/had been losing weight for 6 months or so. It does seem as though that 5 lbs came off quicker than the previous 5, but that's far from "evidence". I'd have to say that in my case...the ACV seems to have had an impact on inflammation.

We just need to figure out how to make it. Apples are starting to ripen, seeds are starting to get dark.

I just lost one of my two best high school buddies to prostate cancer. I did not even know he was sick and I only saw him about once every 5-10 years. He lived in Sconny.
It makes you want to enjoy every day and give your loved ones a hug.
Be thankful to the One who has provided what we have.

Seems prostate cancer in men under the mid 60s tends to be a very aggressive form. Sucks for sure. As far as being thankful and hugging loved ones...yep. I'd add that not sweating the small stuff is a really good idea. Most days my biggest concern is what I'm making for supper

Yeah I'm feeling better in my joints as well. I'm not sure how much weight I've lost but, I finished my first quart of that stuff. On to the next.

How are you guys tolerating the taste? You mixing it or straight? I just take it straight myself.

How are you guys tolerating the taste? You mixing it or straight? I just take it straight myself. I'm doing Tom's mixture of acv and honey mixed in water. I was doing the shots but, I was gagging down the honey. The mixture is more tolerable for me.

I'm just getting to the age where that is starting to happen some and it's kind of spooky. I had a doctor tell me that every man will get prostate cancer if they live long enough. He said it's not "if", just a matter of when.
