If you click on the interactive map for DPAs and then click on a zone with early antlerless it gives the dates. I haven't seen anything regarding Jan hunt

also, the map only has 7 Intensive areas.
Have you found any areas with early antlerless KL?
I clicked a bunch and found none.

Shouldn't this phrase under the intensive description say only 1 buck somewhere?
You can use any combination of licenses or permits to take up to three deer.
Permit areas 346, 347, 348, 349 are designated as intensive for both the A and B seasons. Bucks-only: 1 deer limit Lottery: 1 deer limit Hunter Choice: 1 deer limit Managed: 2 deer limit Intensive: 3 deer limit No Limit Antlerless Early Anterless Season KEY

You would think that info would be in the deer zone map. Go figure.

It's very easy to change the dmu numbers in the link and find the managers statement. dmu 221's statement is confusing, but what can we expect? I suspect this came from hunters requesting more information on zone designations and reasoning behind the designation.

HC in 219 again. I would've bet on managed. I'm actually quite shocked as liberal as adjacent zones have gotten. Deer numbers are actually pretty damn impressive from what I've been seeing in Wright Co. Been a long damn time since I've shot a doe... 8 years I think.

We went from Managed to Hunters Choice in 223(home).
Shocked would be a proper description..........

With the quarantined domestic CWD deer herd in Wright county, that surprises me. I am not sure where it is located.

I suspect this came from hunters requesting more information on zone designations and reasoning behind the designation. At one of the meetings I attended, it was suggested that area managers write a few paragraphs explaining their decision for dmu designations. These comments in the upper right corners indicate the DNR did take some comments into consideration.

Sadly the comments are the same jibberish as usual. Empty words. They have no clue how many deer they had in the past or today.
