I have enjoyed this winter up to this point. Guys in the south play golf. I head to the lake about 4 days per week. I change lakes and try different spots on the lake. I can now drive out and fishing pressure is about 1/8 of last year on the current lake. I haven’t brought home a fish in almost two weeks, but enjoy watching them. I did give one to a buddy who was fishing with me. Getting outside enough to enjoy getting back in the house is the key thing in this weather, for retired guys!Sitting in the porch drinking coffee. Upper 60s right now. Old guys jogging/walking the dog go past every now and then. I have a feeling that you and Mrs. Art would greatly enjoy a few weeks/months somewhere warm every winter. I think so to. I am making the best with what we got. |
