5.68 lbs of crab legs tonight for 3 of us. Salad, mustard potato salad. Need a stomach pump. This recliner and my favorite blankie hits the spot!!!! Did we miss your birthday or something? Awfully fancy meal for a Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Celebrate hump day I guess??? We got about 15 lbs of snow crab at Fresh Thyme in Plymouth a couple months ago for 5.99/lb..... this was the last of it. And I dont want crab again for a very long time. HAAA Soooo good

I enjoy most seafood. My folks did eat plenty of fish when we were growing up, but not much other seafood. Oyster stew on Christmas Eve was about as "exotic" as we got.
I enjoy crab legs, but I do not enjoy picking the meat out of the claws. Now a softshell crab sandwich anywhere in New Orleans...I'd eat the hell out of that.

Ribeye on grill. Red beans and rice plus salad. The steak is hacked up because old poor people like the wife and I get one and share it. Was a touch overcooked but that’s how she likes them and I’m not really picky. It was still better than 75% of steaks I’ve had at restaurants.

we had a feeder pig with an intestine issue where it blew out a couple inches. The google diagnosis was questionable, so I butchered it while it was still healthy. It wasn’t perforated at all and it was acting fine, but I wasn’t going to spend money on a vet bill for a feeder pig. so my dad and I butchered the 50 pounder and had one of the best grill outs I’ve ever had. i know wild pigs are bad, but i sure would like to hunt some wild pigs here some day if the cwd deer situation goes south.
