Past 2 mornings I've been 193.4. Feeling a little run down the past few days so I've backed off a little on the exercises.

I kind of hit a wall the past few days. Still at week 7 I'm down 20lbs. Can't say I feel any better but I can say it's easier to tie my shoes. Attachments:

I kind of hit a wall the past few days. Still at week 7 I'm down 20lbs. Can't say I feel any better but I can say it's easier to tie my shoes. Do a steak reset tomorrow, or even today if you can fast that long. Hold off until mid or late afternoon to eat (like a 16 hour fast from when you ate the night before). Then eat a big steak (seasonings only, no sauces or sugars). Throw in two or three apples with it, and then don't eat again until the next day. That was a trick on the Dr. Barry program. Periodically the body would just stop and fight you. The steak reset jolts the system and gets it burning again.

Dr. Barry Stahl. He's the smartest doctor on the planet and the reason I got healthy. I'm so pleased with what he's done for me, he's getting a jar of canned bear. That makes 3 jars I've shared with those not directly connected to the hunt. That shit is $100/jar.

I walked a hundred miles and did a thousand freaking get on the ground and get back ups. I also did about 500 get off and on the ATVs and probably 200 lift the lumbers. I must have burned more calories this weekend than most.
Then, on the way home, we stopped at Taco Bell in Cloquet. I ate two Burrito Supremes and a Chicken Quesadilla. Excercise benefit, gone....

My normal workout on the treadmill is 275-325 calories in a half hour. I do at least 3 a day. I told my body fuck you and just did 45 minute and burned 437.

The rest can do all kinds of hell to your glandulars. You've got some speed carbs and sugars in there. If you're diabetic (I can't remember), I retract this advice. Messing with blood sugar by fasting when diabetic, I'm no doctor, so I don't want to lead you astray. You get hungry during the day? If you're riding the glucose/insulin roller coaster, this 20 hr fast could be tough to do. Give me one day. Fast for 20 hours. Eat at 7pm the night before. Wait to eat until 3pm the next day. You can even skip exercising that day. Then wolf down a 12 oz steak (only pink salt <no flow agents> and pepper) and two apples. Do not eat again until the next day. Weigh yourself the morning after steak day. There is a chance it may not work given you've got some extra stuff (gluten, starch, sugar) in your system. Still, the risk is pretty low. If you've plateaued for a few days, you'd be surprised how many pounds you can drop overnight. You could drop a 4lb sack of flour in 24 hours.

I played golf for 5 days in a row.....with temps at or over 100 degrees. However, yesterday was just a bear. No breeze and the sun was relentless. I was starting to cramp up.....and was seeing spots near the end of our play. Parked the cart in any shade I could find. Was guzzling water and using cold rags (ice and rags kept in cooler - no beer) and did not play golf worth two-chits. Glad when we were done. Last golf in OZ for me this year.....and that is a good thing.
I lost 6 lbs in water weight from the start of play to the finish.....about 4 hours time. After cooling down......I brought that weight back with a few cold beers. Saturday it's back to MN. Good timing......getting too warm to do much here......and so many things are still shut down due to covid scare.

I've had heat exhaustion a couple of times and it screwed me up for at least 6 months each time.
