No graph this week but I was 186 this AM. Little to much over indulgence after hitting my goal. Back on track now for new goal of 180. Are you recording wt once a week, or once a day? I'm doing it every morning and the slope of the line is going to average out but there is a huge difference in wt daily. Lots of little peaks and valleys.

I weigh myself every morning after my morning piss & record it in my app. Look back at any of the graphs I posted and you'll see peaks and valleys but an overall downward slope. I just didn't post a graph this week as I changed my goal so there isn't anything to graph. Next Monday I'll post my weekly graph like I was doing before.

I weigh before the morning piss. I stay under calories every day but have noticed spikes the mornings after I have milk and oreos, and valleys the morning after beer drinking.

Down 2 lbs this week. Checked the CDC website thinking I might be back to the normal category but I still have 6 lbs to go. I'll agree I've still got a little extra but they list the normal range as 129-174. I wouldn't think 129 would be healthy for a 5'10" guy. Back when I was 150 lbs I thought I needed to add a little weight.

I'm 5'10 and just got down to 150. I'm not big boned and certainly not bulky compared to most men my height. If I were to drop to 129 there would be nothing left.

How do you guys handle cheat days? I cheat on sweets almost daily, but ALWAYS keep my calories below goal. I'm considering going all out the rest of the day and splurging in quite a few areas. What's your guy's experiences with this? Does the body recover quickly, or am I in for a few days of catch up?

It is a bit hard to tell since my scale can very a pound or two each time I step on it. It seems like it takes me about two or three days to recover after I eat a little too much. I am not counting calories but just trying to eat less then I used to. Ice cream is my biggest weakness. I sit down with a tub of ice cream and sometimes can't stop when I should. I would be safer to dish some out in a bowl.

Dropped 7 lbs the last two days picking rocks, running the hand seeder, and getting off and on the tractor more times than I could count. Something tells me I'm going to put about 4 of those back on tonight in beer alone.

Icecream and oreos are my downfall! I bought some chocolate icecream for the family the other day and some lite icecream for me. I looked them both up on the app and lite has more calories than the chocolate! I still ate it all. 7lbs in a day or two is probably water. I do that all the time. It comes back.

Here's my 13 week chart. Since I've changed my goal to 180 the chart started new so it does show the loss from when I started back in March at 213.6 lbs. Overall in 13 weeks I've loss 33 lbs that averages to 2.5 per week. This AM I was 180.6. The wife says I'm getting to thin, but average weight for my height is 135-185 depending on where you get your info. I'll be happy in the 175-180 range.

Last May 1st I was #247.5, I'm 5'10, as of this morning i'm #174. Not bad.....
