Last May 1st I was #247.5, I'm 5'10, as of this morning i'm #174. Not bad..... That’s an amazing drop. Have you noticed any changes in health or otherwise?

Every facet of life is easier now, I don't get winded unless I'm running of coarse.
The oddest thing is my sides hurt sometimes because theres no padding when I lean on things and my ribs show so that's new. Other things like bending down and feeling my ribs in weird ways I wouldn't have otherwise felt. I just feel better just in general, not sure how to put that into words.

No chart this week but this AM I was 180.2. Down from last weeks 180.6. I'm not working real hard at the 175 goal but maintaining the 180. Ideally I'd like to be between 175-180.

Down 4 lbs this week but I will likely put some of it right back on. I think some of it was water weight. Yesterday I rode bike to work about 30 miles each way. Then I did about an hour and a half walk. Ended up with 52,000 steps on my Fitbit. Pushed myself a little too hard though. A 1/2 hour after I got to work I got dizzy and passed out. At 175 lbs this morning I'm now longer considered overweight by the CDC chart.

My buddy was 6'8" 380lbs, went down to 240 in one year. He is now over 400lbs. Losing it was easy, could not hold that size no matter what he did. Hope you guys do.

Here I am 15 weeks of weight loss. I started March 9th @ 213.6. I'm down 34.8 as of today's weight in at 178.8. My original goal was to hit 185, once I made that I figured to try to get to the 175-180 range and maintain between the too. So far so good.

Congrats to you guys, inspiring. I am still at 193. Walking, some lifting, just not eating as well as I should, with occasional beer...gonna crash it a bit this week. Shoot for 185 by end of July.

My last couple of days have been rough. Ate and drank to much, didn't exercise enough. Feel kind of crudy about it. Starting back up today. Those who are strict and persistent long term are studs.

I'll chip away at it again soon. Was down about 15, then back up 5. I'll grind a few more out when I get the motivation once more then hope to keep most of it off.
