Undefined sets are just repeats. It adds up to 10 laps around the track, 100 pushups, 100 jumping Jack's, 100 crunches per workout. 2 workouts per day. 100 laps, 1000 pushups, 1000 crunches, 1000 jacks in 5 days. How many times a week do you do this routine? Are you training for a particular event? Your routine reminds me of when I played sports. Lots of strength, endurance and speed training. In some weird way I miss it. Maybe I just wish i was young again. It's just for 1 week Freeborn. 10 workouts over 5 days. Very non-specific work, just something to do. I do it with my track kids, they call it "Hell Week". It's not mandatory but if you miss a workout, get sick, step out due to injury, or anything but finish... you are out. They stay together in a group at all times. Nobody gets left behind. I give them a 6 inch wooden dowel that they carry with them all week. After each workout I hand out sharpies and they write something on it. If they finish Hell Week they keep their baton. If they quit they have to give it back to me. I have shirts made to give to the finishers and put pics up in the hallways. It's not a real hard thing to do but the kids have a lot of pride in finishing it. More mental than anything... 6:30am on a Thursday in a dark 40 degree rain is hard for a kid to voluntarily get out of bed for, but they do it and relish that they do something others won't. Says "you think it's hard now, wait until you're (50, 60, 65 whatever age he had just hit)". He's a tough man but his body is beat up and hurts all the time. I would like to postpone it but know it's coming. I'm already slow and weak compared to younger days.

I ALMOST bought three 25 lb bags instead of two 40 lb bags. But.....I am more cheap than weak.....and the savings on the 40 lb bags is a few bucks. I managed. LMAO. FORE!

Get a set of light weight dumbbells and work on stretching full motion exercise.

Have you tried lots of stretching, muscle relaxants (hot tubs/sauna). Get a set of light weight dumbbells and work on stretching full motion exercise. I've had lots of back troubles for 30 years or more. Had a surgery and removed parts of disks. Have had a tingling / numb feeling down my left arm to two of my fingers for years. Cannot get it out after numerous trips to rehab. I know this stems from my upper spine. I guess I kinda gave up on it and just make do. I have also had some other recurring lower back issues. Those are more scary....and can put me down for days. I bought a used Teeter Hang Ups table off Craigs List.....and this has been a good solution for me on several occasions. I dont use it much now.....as my knees and hip joints are also bad.....and the inversion table seems to add to those issues. Getting to the point where your damned if you do and damned if you don't. Golf has really been good for my back and my range of motion is far greater than it was some years ago. FORE!

Nobody works on my cervical without my wife's approval. WTF are you talking about? EDIT: YES I have had my cervical worked on.....and spent several weeks in rehab for this on three occasions. They didnt get much done. I also bought a "Saunders" neck stretch device to stretch my cervical through pressure.....and little was accomplished. one of the therapists told me I may have this forever.....and I believe that to be the case.....unless I get some surgery. I seem to function pretty good.....allthough I do wish I could feel my fingers. Some of this old age stuff sucks. . .....at least I ain't shitting in a bucket.....and I got lots of power.
