Orange, green pepper, and costco all natural beef sticks. No venison sticks? I’m blowing through mine trying to keep things low carb. When I found the costco beef sticks @ $5.50/lb, I threw in the towel on making any of my own out of anything of mine.

Only down 1 pound this week. I'm getting quite a bit of exercise but I'm eating a bit more too. I need to be more careful with what I am eating. A chocolate malt three times this week probably wasn't a good idea. 216 Starting 215 Week 1 211 Week 2 208 Week 3 207 Week 4 What I found to really help me is the lose it app. Still eating the same foods but watching the calories and portion size. There hasn't been a food yet that wasn't in the app. Shit I've even scanned my bottle of Jack and Maker's Mark they were both in there. I'm averaging 2+ pound per week loss.

Week 4. Weighed in @ 203.2 this AM. That an average loss of 2.6 lbs per week.

I need to pay more attention to what I am doing or this will take forever. I'm down a pound to 276 from last week but I need better focus or I'll never get to my goal of 265.

Try the app "lose it". It a free app droid or fruit. You enter your information and how much you want to lose. It gives you a calorie intake for the day. You pick your foods and if you can't find it in the app you scan the barcode. Hasn't been anything I haven't been able to find yet. On the free version you enter any exercise you've done and it takes off those calories. My phone tracks my steps and miles walked or bike riding I just enter the info from my phone to the lose it app. I think its slicker than shit and as you saw from my chart it works.

The wife and I have a routine figured out, 3 Mile Walk after breakfast. 2 mile walk sometime in the afternoon. After supper it is a 2 mile bike ride and another 3 Mile Walk. Today's 2 Mile Walk was not very pleasant.

5 weeks and still dropping. I had a setback Saturday, about shit when I got on the scale that morning. There have been small ups & downs but Saturday morning I was up 2lbs from Friday. I contribute it to Friday eating very salty meals and snacks. With this fricken snow it's going to mess up my walking routine but I have an out. There's we have a treadmill and recumbent elliptical in the basement. I don't burn as many calories a day when using these but The workouts are harder and I end up sweating like a pig on both. Look out 185 here I come.

Tablet salt is iodized sea salt, coarse is a mix of iodized sea salt and pink sea salt. It was my bad as I over salted the rice and popcorn. Lesson learned.
