Food plotters are exempt from wide load requirements correct ? Absolutely. (Just stay off the major highways. .....and plead ignorant.). Your sure accumulating some good equipment.....how many thousand acres under cultivation now? Good for you.....good equipment like that is always worth owning. That load cost me in total 3600 bucks. Can’t complain with that. He also had some used row cleaners around that are in great shape that will fit my planter. 75 bucks for the pair. Good pick up.

on the disc how high do the wheels get off the ground when fully retracted? I bet it has to be 12” ? At least 8. There is a pin that controls that.

I think Van Brunt had an issue with only having one ear? You dont want that in a corn field.

Well after a bunch of searching I found a guy that is going to rebuild a John Deere Van Brunt drill exactly how I want it. It will be a 3 point 5 footer. Should be done in 3 to 4 weeks. A few pics of a previous rebuild that the guy did. So.....what would be the price tag on a beautiful drill like that??
