I’m still trying to figure out which one was epic. Ditto. I need someone to point it out for me. Read some posts over there. All of those guys "talk through the weeds" ......as my Grandpa used to say. (You never understand their points). I saw nothing that appeared "epic".

Done! Self quarantining, getting every vax offered, and stocking up on ivermectin starting today! I can't afford to loose an inch or 2 to "long" covid.

Dude lived 3 houses away. Kid went to school with Arcus. That's to bad. Hopefully someday people will realize what's really going on with this vax. But it will be to late for those who got it.

My employer requires the booster by March 1st in order for me to collect a paycheck. Oh well, it doesnt scare me, but it sure is bullshit and I told my manager and director that. Nothing they can do. And I dont want to hear one chirp about that its "my choice". Its my choice to keep my job. Thats my only fucking choice. Does today's Supreme Court ruling affect you?
Hoping it does give you a choice.

Is some part of this court ruling going back to the circuit court?

It should affect him. The definition for the healthcare law is Federally Funded. Federal Funding is those 'health care facilities' that keep the lights on by Medicare/Medicaid funding.
Now being as I'm a health insurance agent I do wonder this specific question. If a facility renders service or equipment delivery upon which they bill medicare or medicaid for, that should not be considered 'funded'.
Is the government smart enough to work around that? ......

I'm not totally up on it, just read a bit. But it sounds like 2 decisions were made by the Judges. 1 on the healthcare gibberish, 1 on general employers. Each went a separate way. Healthcare facilities that receive federal funding got to mandate, everybody else doesn't.

I believe private companies and states can still have mandates if they choose as well

Yes, I was referring to the one that passed 5-4 the healthcare facility being federally funded and looking for clear definition of what the entails. I believe private companies and states can still have mandates if they choose as well They can as a private company do what they wish. However, my moral compass would quickly lend itself to, I do not comply when something is deemed unconstitutional. Personal Convictions are personal for a reason.

To be quite honest, I dont even know what ruling took place. Not watching the news keeps my mind much clearer.
