Got word yesterday that my 56 year old fully vaccinated sister has the Covid. Pretty darn sick, but not in the hospital. She has never been a pillar of great health. Hoping for the best. This sister has recovered.
Now brother, his wife, and kids have it. The adults have been vaccinated. Hoping for the best again. This batch likely came from schools.

Just found out my DIL has not been allowing my wife to see her granddaughter. Said unless my wife gets vaxed she can’t see her anymore. Didn’t know I had such a stupid DIL. It’s making the decision to move a lot easier now.

The parts I watched talked about how the U.S.A and other developed countries are over-vaccinating for THIS virus. The worst thing that can be done now is to vaccinate the youth. They gave reasons, explained it. Said that without the vaccine the virus would have likely stuck to effecting the old and not mutated to effecting many of all ages. The worstest thing in the world is gathering of people really screaming and yelling like at the soccer games where this really took off and that needs to be managed and learnt from in the future.
Or I might have it all wrong. They talk funny.

It’s making the decision to move a lot easier now. We had the same problem. DIL said it was for our protection and they didn't want us to get anything from them cause they were vax'ed. We told her BS were not getting vax'ed and if she going to use the kids as pawns that's her problem not ours. We have other grand kid to see. She gave in after a while, but she still after us to get vax'ed every time she calls. We just don't answer the phone when she calls. |
