I think these are the first pics of this buck (on the left in 2nd pic) this year. The neighbor may have one or two of him, but I can't tell for sure. I'd like to get some better pics, as I'm thinking this one may score better than the buck I was considering focusing on taking.

My neighbor has video clips from his trailcams of both this buck, and the buck I posted pics of earlier this fall. They both have very large bodies, but I think this buck is a bit smaller in the body, but larger in the headgear department. The vid clip of the other buck shows him shaking, and his body just "jiggles". The neighbor says he's a fatty. I don't know how to post vid clips here, otherwise I would try to do so.

They look really close to me. One doesn't jump off more than the other.

I think the top buck will likely score a little higher, but the bottom buck would be the one I would prefer to shoot. He seems to have a little more mass on his rack and he is a total chunk.

You seem to have that genetic trait in your area. They look so similar ! Kind of like some of your other bucks as well ! Good luck tagging one or something nice !

The last buck I shot looked an awful lot like the bigger bodied of these two. The larger antlered buck appears to have more upside potential in the antler growth department. I'm thinking that buck is probably 3.5. The larger bodied buck has to be all of 4.5, and is quite possibly older. If he's got 125" of antlers at 4.5 (or older), he more than likely isn't going to "explode" with another year or two. Neither of these bucks really fits my desired goal antler wise. It'll be a spot decision whether I shoot one or the other if given the chance.

^^^That's a dandy, day time too Yea there’s a couple up there this year. Buddy of mine just down the road a mile had an epic screw up on a pig couple weeks ago. String derailment on his shot attempt.

Another one in the river bottoms overnight. Might have to try a sit up there this year.
