Speaking of beer...Just finished up negotiating with a local micro brewer. He is making me a custom brand beer recipe and supplying 45 gallons for the 2019 outdoor season. Dark and flavorful and only available on tap at Turkeytown. Looking for a name to the beer. Any ideas? Pond scum, pond water?

Pickled fish goes with beer What in the name of the sex offender registry is in those other jars? I can borrow you some cash to get by if you need it. You don't want to start having kids you'll never meet all over the east coast with feminists who refuse the old fashion hot beef injection.

What beer did we have at that deer meeting over at North Branch or somewhere close by. You and I had a dark beer called widow maker or black widow or??? Michigan beer I think and I couldn’t get it further west. Sorry Art, I can't remember. Widow maker. Super smooth dark beer! Side note, I had a few Nordic Blondes from Bent Brewstillery in Roseville tonight with dinner at The Local by Cambridge and it was damn good!

I had a couple good beers recently from MKE(Milwaukee Brewing Co). They are the brewers of the "Louie's" line of beers. I tried Louie's Demise(5.5%), really tasty amber ale, nice malt finish, not super hoppy. In October every year, they release Louie's Resurrection, which is Louie's Demise that is aged in bourbon barrels for 2 months. Very good barrel aged ale, not overly strong bourbon tones, but it is 10.2% alcohol, so a 6 pack drank over a short time will get you buzzing pretty hard! I have a couple bottles of Louie's Plowed-In Winter Ale's(8%) in the fridge for the games this afternoon, I haven't tried it yet myself, but a buddy highly recommended it.

Porter?

How many carbs in 45 gallons of Porter? Good God.....I don't want to know! The Egyptians had the pyramids built by feeding beer to their slaves. I may have to step up my physical activity this season....or toss in a couple of whiskey waters every now and a again
