I'm there. I picked up a new musky setup this winter and am dying to use it. The ultimate goal is to catch a 54+ incher, keep it, and cook it up. I’d also like to catch and keep a musky, but I probably need to fish for them a lot more to make that happen. What recipe would you use? I have an old church cookbook from northern Wisconsin that had a bunch of musky recipes. Some were stuffed like a turkey and baked, which sounds interesting. I'd probably try a couple different recipes with it. Bake one side and fry or smoke the other.

Anybody else have a weather station they use at home? I picked this up on Saturday and set it up Sunday afternoon. The weather sensor is up on top of my shed and it sends all the info to the monitor in the house. Pretty neat to have all the weather information I want in one display. how much was that one? I just have the basic one in the kitchen that has indoor, outdoor temps, barometer and a couple things. no outside device. how does it measure rain? do you have to go up and empty it everytime?

It cost $120.00. automatically empties the rain water by some contraption. Only maintenance is batteries and cleaning out the rain collector.

It was $120.00. there's more expensive ones that do a whole lot more but this one fit my needs so I got it. I'm always wondering if a rain shower happened at my deer land. Sometimes I need to make a drive there to check on rainfall. I need to do some reading on these. I like having an on-site rain gauge at my land. But I would like to have one with WIFI and an app to my phone. Second thought....I do not have WIFI at my land.....so I was just wondering if those cell-cam folks have thought about adding an app for a weather station via cell. Edit: Here is a cellular weather station. I guess there are all kinds of gadgets out there for any budget. This seems a little much for me.....and I dont know how to integrate with my cellular game cam set up. Would be nice if my Cudde Link offered this. www.amazon.com/ECOWITT-WH6006E-Wireless-Cellular-Monitoring/dp/B07D21SFCS

FWIW.....they also offer this same model with a wifi connection. I think that would allow you to check rainfall from your phone if your not at home or at your land (provided you have wifi available). Same price. Scroll down just a bit and it's listed below this one.

Wow, you guys are really interested in the weather I'm pretty happy with a reporting station within 5-7 miles. My $12 rain gauge is indispensable though
