After a gallon of hard cider Art gets pretty creative with his recipes.
I think Art's cheesy, nutty applesauce would be complete if he added a little smoked carp to the mix. Mmmm mmmmm good.

I didn't take a pic, but we had haluski (fried cabbage and noodles/dumplings) last night with our fish fry. Never had it before, but will have it again. Really tasty. I think a person needs to be around a bunch of Poles or Slavs in order to get something close to the original.

There is another similar food that I can’t remember the name of. Even Germans eat it during Octoberfest in August.
