We have a mix of neighbors in MN. OTC pretty good neighbors. They meat hunt, but only 3-4 days a year. By Starbuck it’s quite a mix some very good, others just keep hunting all year. I can’t complain too much, it is what it’s is. I’ve got a neighbor that borders me that is a nice guy. But he lets everyone hunt. New guys in for all seasons. They shot the 2 biggest bucks we were after. I just wish he would limit the hunters to say 5-6. I think he has 12 guys in there (off/on) on roughly 200 acres. This buck was on our 80 for much of the year. I videoed him, lots of trail cam pics. Close calls in stand. Died during Muzzy about 100 yds to my East. Neighbors are key to any property. Its to bad people didn't think just like us. :-) I'm lucky that I don't have allot of hunting pressure right next to me but there is plenty in the neighborhood. I still like the 50 acres per hunter rule, that seems like a good rule to keep a healthy herd and quality hunting.

Where I live, I often spend opening morning hunting with two of us in a blind just to hold pressure down. Often someone has a Deer by the second day and then we can split up.

I think one hunter per 40 or 50 acres does make sense. If we had that, our hunting would be better.

I did see those bucks! Incredible. Unfortunately I almost want them separated so I can see the true size of that beast!

I may be wrong but doubt it is a record as it will have too many deductions. Definitely an awesome buck.

Deductions are for taxes..... I look at gnarly messy racks and say those are additions.

Yep, racks should be measured by water displacement and no deductions.
That would be a hell of a find! Disappointing if you had been hunting either one of them but cool as all get-out to find them locked up like that.

From what I have read the guy that found them had been watching/hunting the big one for several years.
