Congrats to you guys, inspiring. I am still at 193. Walking, some lifting, just not eating as well as I should, with occasional beer...gonna crash it a bit this week. Shoot for 185 by end of July. Try the LOSE IT app. It will help on the eating end of it.

Having a large kidney stone has helped me cut my food intake and drink lots more water. I'm down about 5 pounds over the last 3 weeks. Haven't had seconds which I've always done. Drinking the 16oz water before each meal has helped tame my appetite.

We have been in North Carolina all week. I’m guessing I picked up 6 pounds with all of the good eats and booze.

Didn’t take any pics of food. Started the first night with 2 pounds of crab legs and a pitcher of Long island ice tea. We only had a 12 pack of beer between my wife and I all week. But we did bring a bottle of bourbon, rum, vodka and tequila. Tequila is gone thanks to margaritas. The rest are severely damaged. I’m working on an old fashioned right now. Plus we had a box of wine.
This area is known for fried seafood. I don’t prefer fried but always eat it at least one time. My night of fried consisted of shrimp, oysters, clams and flounder. I even found a pearl in one of my oysters which is a first for me.
Had a shrimp burger one day for lunch. Had some bacon wrapped scallops. Stopped at a local ice cream shop. My nephew fixed fried chicken one day.
On the way down last weekend we hit is real deal Mexican joint. I had tacos with carnitas, tongue and tripe. It was my first time eating tripe and it was surprisingly good.
I made a low country boil today. Which was corn on the cob, shrimp, andouille sausage, red potatoes and mushrooms.
We were here with my parents, one of my sisters and her 3 kids and my wife and kids.
We spent a lot of time in the ocean which is good exercise. I even did 45 minute bike ride most days which was down and back on the island. I still feel fat as hell. Wont step on the home scale until Sunday morning to see the official damage report.

That food sounds outstanding! I would have come back huge. I've been to the ocean a couple of times in my life and enjoyed it each time.

No family. But we have vacationed here since I was a kid. I haven’t been here for about 5 years. My parents come every year.
Ocean Isle Beach. Mostly houses and condos. No high rises so crowds are small.
