I’ve been 217-220 for a few weeks. Back from vacation and was 224.8 this morning. That means you had a good vacation.

Here's my chart for week 16. Took a big hit while babysitting grandkids for a few days. Lack of exercise and eating to much. But I'm back on track.

Not even trying anymore, weighed in at #169 this morning, I'm darn near 80# down now. Geez....

Impressive, What you trying to get too?
My original goal was 170 but I'm almost there and still have a bit of fat hanging around on the upper body. Now thinking maybe 165.

Nice work Coda. Is this by diet or exercise and diet? Keep up the good work?
Diet and exercise. Thought I could do it with just exercise but after a week and not making any progress I realized I'd have to cut back on food also. For the last 4 months I've been averaging over 20,000 steps a day on my FItbit. Now that I'm about were I need to be I'm starting to back off a little.

Here's my week 17 chart. Had a good downward slope going then last night was movie night. 2 big bowls of salty popcorn and I had to wash it down with a little (8oz) of FireBall.

Here I am at week 18. Kind of a roller coaster but staying in my goal range of 175-180. More towards the higher end but still there.

Hit my 175 this AM. Did it without eating 1 fricken salad. Now maintain between 175-180.

I'm hopeful you guys who have dropped significant weight can maintain the loss. For many years, I was up and down 50+ plus lbs every few years. Lose it, gain it back, lose it, gain it back. I dropped about 55 lbs. 4 years ago. I've been able to keep about 50 of it off, with a bit of variance over the winter (gain some during winter, drop it spring/summer/fall). Losing weight was always relatively easy for me until I hit my 50s. Keeping it off was always my issue. I'm still trying to get to 215, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to make the sacrifices necessary to get there.

I am still either side of 240 have been for 10 years, eating what I want drinking what I want. I am alive and working every day. Weight loss is of no interest right now.
