Another big day for soybeans, up .17 and now over $10 a bushel, corn in creeping up as well. Much better situation for the farmer now.

Due to record flooding and crop failures in their primary agricultural areas, China is beginning to starve, so this is not particularly surprising. It's hard to feed 1.4 billion people...shit could get interesting in a hurry over there. Comrade Xi has already issued a proclamation stating the whole country needs to start eating less.

I keep telling myself I need to eat less too. But I’m not listening very well.

That's quite a jump. If I was smart I would combine a couple acres of soybean food plots this year and buy a freezer full of beef.

Soybeans are up .10 again! I just drove back this morning for work and corn and Beans are coming out early due to the drought in Iowa. Shortest Beans I have ever seen in Iowa. May be going up way more then .10 if the Chinese keep starving.

This has to be the earliest I have seen corn being combined. normally its mid to late October. Combining corn in Big Lake today. Obviously its that dry already? Whats interesting is there are still stalks with hints of green on them.
