Ok, I bought one of these things last week. So far, I've done bacon and pork chops. Been looking to add something to the limited menu at home, so I think I'm gonna try some thighs and legs tonight. I like BLB's idea of hitting them with buffalo sauce at some point. I'll get that dialed in. Anyone done legs and thighs and know what settings to use? The book is about for shit when it comes to instructions. It gives time, but no mode or temp. So what did you get?

That model seems to be on sale at every big box for $50 with a few variations to it.

if warming leftovers I will drop to 325 ish. Or doing a corn dog as an example. 400 cooks the piss out of the corn meal part before the hotdog truly gets cooked. But general cooking I do the 400.

In-laws got my daughter an air fryer for Christmas. I was hunting when she broke it in. She declared it the greatest thing for our kitchen ever. Hopefully she uses it and I get to eat something from it later this week.

They just take up so much space. I agree. I bitched about it when the wife bought it, but that did no good. Now I put the thing on the bottom of the pantry and push it as far back as it'll go. We use it maybe once every other week.

We use it maybe once every other week. This was a concern for me also. I'll just put it in the basement when not in use.
